Broccoli Pesto Recipe

Ready in 10 minutes 

(Gluten Free, Dairy Free , Vegan, No nuts )

Ingredients

2 Cups of Blanch Broccoli or Left Overs.

1 Garlic Clove

2 Cups Organic wild Arugula

1 teaSpoon Apple Cider Vinager.

1 Each lemon Juice.

1t spoon Kosher salt 

¼ t spoon Black Pepper

1/2 Cup of Grape seed Oil

Preparation

With an Immersion blender, blend all the ingredients until making a nice smooth paste, Save in a Mason Jar. Refrigerated., used for Pasta, Topping,  sandwich….

Ingredients

1 Large Bunch Parsley Chopped

2 Small Garlic Clove mince

1 C Vegetable Oil

1 Teaspoon Red wine Vinegar 

1  Each lemon Juice 

2 Tablespoon Chopped green Onion.

1teaspoon Kosher salt 

¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Chile flakes ( Optional ) up to taste.

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well in a bowl also you can use a food processor or immersion blender, combine all ingredients, save in a mason Jar, and refrigerated.
