Meet our Chef

Chef Diana H Briscoe,

Chef Diana grew up in a family of successful restaurateurs in Bogotá Columbia. She traveled and trained in the culinary arts throughout Mexico, Canada and the USA. She now calls California home.
Six years ago Diana’s health took a turn for the worse. She was working long hours on her feet managing many employees under her wings. Her body caught up to her and she was
diagnosed with a crippling disease called Rheumatoid Arthritis.
She had difficultly functioning in her day-to-day life; sometimes she couldn’t even do simple tasks such as brushing her hair. She did her best to hide the fact that she was in so
much pain in order to hold her demanding position as a head chef. She sought out many different doctors only to become more frustrated by their prognosis and drug related solutions.
Her intuition lead her down a more holistic path of a whole food, plant based diet. She incorporated yoga, meditation, sound baths, personal coaching, and everything quickly began to change. She miraculously healed herself as many who find this alternative path do. She went on to study and graduate from Cornell University with a certification in Culinary Arts, and Dietary Wellness in Plant Based Nutrition. In her time as Executive chef at one of the most well renowned High End Plant Based Restaurants in West Hollywood, chef Diana’s skills have flourished. Her body has kept the score of  wellness regardless of the long hours and the immense pressures. Her greatest desire and passion now is to bring her skills and expertise to her personal clients. While educating them on the
harmful and nutritious ingredients in their daily diets she creates balanced meals to support their health and specific needs. She brings wellness to any table. Are you ready for  whole body healing experience through love and food? Chef Diana is leading the way.
